Cancellation :
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours or until order is shipped. .
Refund Policy:
You need to give at least 7 days and not longer than 30 days. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition.
Shipping:
While we try our best to ship your orders within 24 hrs of receiving it, there could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. In such an event you will be informed of an estimated shipping date. For urgent overnight orders that need to go out the same day, the order needs to be placed before 2:30 pm MST. All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case we will contact you and get further instructions.
Return Policy:
Items are returnable for a partial refund of the item price (minus 10 % restocking fee and shipping charges), as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 7 days of the receipt.
- Items must be in their original packaging and must be unused.
- All custom orders are non-returnable.
- All returns must be authorized by Audio Solutions.
